I’ve always been into fitness but only really gotten into the gym and working out the past couple years. It’s been a journey to get to where I am now and I hope to be able to share workout tips and routines that I’ve been LOVING, and that have really helped tone up my body, that you will love too. My workouts are simple but effective focusing on specific muscle groups to help maximise muscle growth potential. All while wearing some cute fits haha

I love weight training! Most of my workouts are weight training, so all about building muscle and toning the body
